Pork stomach is rich in nutrients, but it is still a kind of internal organ food. It is not advisable to eat too much at one time. When cooked and eaten with different vegetables together, it achieves a balance of meat and vegetables, being both nutritious and delicious.

Cooked pig's stomach 1/2 piece

Carrots 1 root

Soybean oil Appropriate amount

Wine half cup

Salt a little

1.Cut the seasoned pork intestines into strips and set aside.

3. Heat the salad oil in the pan and sauté the carrots until fragrant.

4. After the carrots have softened, add the pork intestines and continue to stir-fry until 

they are chopped. Then, add the rice wine, salt and sugar for seasoning. That's it.


Carotenoids and vitamin A are fat-soluble substances, so they should be cooked in oil first. 

The pork intestines must be cooked thoroughly before use.
